Which Smartphone do you need to use the Una App? Find out here:

Apple - iOS

You can use the Una App from iOS Version 14.0.1 and upwards. You can check your iOS version in the system settings.

Android

You can use the Una App from Android version Oreo 8.0 and upwards. You can check your Android version in the system settings.

Una Health for Diabetes has been successfully tested on the following commercial devices:

Android: Samsung S8, OnePlus 9 Pro, OnePlus 7 Pro, Pixel 4a, Google Pixel 6, Google Pixel 7 Pro, Google Pixel 7, Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro

iOS: iPhone 7, 8, 8 Plus, 11, 11 Pro, 12, 13

This list is continuously expanding. 

Important information:

You must obtain the app through the official channels of the respective providers. This means that your smartphone must have access to the official Apple App Store or the official Google Play Store. Certain manufacturers (e.g. Huawei) do not have access to the Google Play Store, and are therefore not compatible with the Una app. Access through other channels is not possible.

Für die Anwendung der Una Health App ist keine Wartung oder Kalibrierung notwendig. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie immer die neueste Version der App installiert haben. Hierzu können Sie in den Einstellungen Ihres Smartphones die Option zu automatischen Updates auswählen.

Compatibility of additional devices

Una Health is standalone software. The app supports the retrieval of data from other devices. To retrieve steps data, the following manufacturers can be integrated with Una: Fitbit, Garmin, Polar, Misfit, Withings, Suunto, Oura. In addition, the data connected to the following applications can also be transferred: Strava. We advise against connecting trackers via third-party applications. Una Health can retrieve blood glucose data from devices from other manufacturers. These are read out with the hardware and/or software provided by the respective manufacturer.
