Interoperability

Within the Una Health app, all users have the possibility to export their data. Una Health uses the open, internationally recognised FHIR standard (HL7 FHIR r4) and Medical Information Objects (MIO) of the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KBV) in version 1.1.0 for data portability and interoperability. The publication of the export description can be viewed at https://simplifier.net/Una-Health/.

For the import of glucose data, the vesta standard is used, available at the following URL: https://www.vesta-gematik.de/standards/detail/standards/anbindung-von-cgm-systemen-an-digitale-gesundheitsanwendungen-zur-weiterverarbeitung-der-glukosedate/.

Human-readable export format: We export data in the Offce Open XML format, commonly known as docx, which can be opened, viewed and edited using Microsoft Word. The file is intended for discussion with healthcare professionals and provides an overview of the user's clinical data over the course of the Una Health programme. Sometimes users want to add personal notes, or highlight values in the exported data, so we have chosen a format that is editable.
